The Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD) recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the ‘Citizens Affairs Office in Ajman,’ in the presence of H.E. Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, chairman, Ajman Department of Tourism Development, H.E. Abdullah bin Majid Al Nuaimi, director general, Ajman's Citizens Affairs Office, Ajman, and H.E. Mahmood Khaleed Al Hashmi, director general, Ajman Tourism Development Department.

Receiving the award for Rising Star Destination acknowledges the progress we have made and is testament to our status as an emirate with a thriving tourism sector in the UAE.

The hospitality stakeholders collectively agreed that ATDD actively supports the sector in pursuing green initiatives and encourages the hotels’ involvement in various programmes, leading to a fruitful mutual cooperation.
