Gulf Air and RCO Launch Passenger Donations Project

Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, in cooperation with the Royal Charity Organisation (RCO), launched an initiative to allow passengers to donate coins or notes of any currency onboard Gulf Air flights.

The project was launched by H.E. Zayed Alzayani, minister, industry, commerce and tourism, Bahrain, and H.E Mustafa Al-Sayed, secretary-general, RCO, on the airline’s flight from Bahrain International Airport to London Heathrow.

This initiative is aimed at activating social responsibility and allowing passengers to participate and contribute to charitable work.

Alzayani praised the Royal patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, king, Bahrain, and honorary president, RCO, and the His Majesty’s attention and patronage of charitable and humanitarian work inside and outside the Kingdom of Bahrain.
