The award will be presented in acknowledgment of the airport’s consistent performance in the ACI Airport Services Quality Award for the Middle East, ranking amongst the top five worldwide airports in its category, size or region - for five consecutive years.

As the company responsible for managing the rehabilitation, expansion and operation of the airport - which is one of seven airports globally to receive the honorary award this year - Airport International Group will be recognised during the 2018 ACI Customer Excellence Global Summit, scheduled to take place in  from September 10 – 13.
