The hotel is vigilantly monitoring all the events of Covid-19 around the clock, and have implicated various precautions to ensure a sanitised stay for our guests by implementing the safe check-In system. This system will guarantee to provide the guests a 24 hours unused hotel room upon check in. The room will be allocated one day prior to the arrival for the new arrival in the property.

This safe check-in system is in line with several measures the hotel implemented since the beginning of this crisis like the strict food safety and hygiene protocols for restaurants and room service to provide a complete safe guest journey in the hotel. All hotel staff are provided with personal protective equipment and enhanced training to limit contacts with the guests.
