According to World Bank, Casablanca Municipal Support Program-for-Results Project (PforR) for Morocco’s development objective is to increase the investment capacity of the municipality of Casablanca, improve the business environment in the municipality, and enhance access to basic services within the programme area.

Programme activities are grouped under three result areas consisting of increasing the investment capacity of the municipality of Casablanca, improving the urban environment and access to basic services in the programme area and improving the business environment in the municipality of Casablanca.

Overall, the operation supports the pillar on renewing the social contract of the World Bank Group Strategy for the Middle East and North Africa Region.
