This includes the 19th century Dhaya Fort, the early 20th century pearl fishing port of Al Jazirah Al Hamra, the blend of culture and adventure at the traditional Bedouin Oasis Camp, the bronze age settlement of Shimal featuring the ruins of The Queen of Sheba Palace and the Old Town Souq.
Amongst the new tour guides, are three Emirati nationals representing different government entities from across Ras Al Khaimah who RAKTDA considers ideally placed to bring to life the rich tribal history of the destination and the unique historical and cultural experiences on offer for tourists from across the globe.
