As part of the efforts to implement the image enhancement programme, Dubai Municipality’s customers and partners relations department recently organised a field visit for the municipality’s top management to ascertain the issues faced by the traders in the Souq.

Manal Bin Yaarouf, acting director, customers and partners relations department, Dubai Municipality, revealed that the annual initiative aims to enhance relations with the customers of the municipality in various sectors as partners in the development process of all the practices used in the municipality.
