Al Araimi Boulevard Heading for September Opening

Construction of Al Araimi Boulevard (ABLVD), anticipated to be Oman’s largest shopping, entertainment and lifestyle destination, is set to be complete in time for a September opening.

An Al Raid Group venture with 70,500 m2 of space to be leased out, ABLVD will accommodate fashion stores of all kinds.

Entertainment options will include cine screens, a unique interactive wall and kinetic lighting displays as well as what is hailed to be largest Kid’s World of its kind in Oman.

This two-level facility will have English-style landscaping and water features in addition to a spacious food court, glass atrium and skylight measuring 5,190 m2.

Sheikh Raid Abdullah Al Araimi, vice chairman, Al Raid Group, said the venue would redefine the way people shop, relax and get entertained.
