Senn has over 13 years of experience in various restaurants and hotels in Asia and the Middle East with locations such as the Maldives, Thailand, UAE, Vietnam, Malaysia, UK, New Zealand and China. He worked with luxury hotel brands like Six Senses, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Shangri-La, and most recently the Waldorf Astoria in Shanghai, China.
In his new assignment, Senn will oversee the entire food and beverage operations and will work closely with Esat Akyildiz, executive chef, The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh, to curate deliberate concepts and promotions that will drive revenue to the food and beverage division.
