EMAK Group Starts Second Phase of Port Ghalib City

EMAK Group is set to implement infrastructure works for the second phase of Egypt's  Port Ghalib City by the end of this year.

The second phase is to cover 12 million m2 and include a wide range of hotels, lakes, villas and luxury residential units.

The construction of the first stage of Port Ghalib has been implemented on eight million m2 of the total 30 million m2 area of ​​the project.

The cost of infrastructure and facilities in the first phase is estimated by about USD1.2 billion and includes five integrated hotels and touristic resorts, with more than 1,500 rooms, an international conference centre which is considered the largest in the region as it accommodates up to 3,000 guest, a Corniche with a wide range of restaurants and cafés, and a 165-room shopping mall.
