The office offers a full range of services including reservations and ticketing, itinerary changes, purchase of value-added options, as well as provide guests with general information and support to better plan their travels.
Mohamed Ahmed, CEO, SalamAir, commented, “In just over a year of starting our service between Jeddah and Muscat, we have welcomed over 40,000 travellers onboard SalamAir.”
Ahmed said the new office was created to cater to the requirements of the airline’s growing customer-base in Saudi Arabia, noting the new location would provide customers more choice, more access and one-on-one interaction with a friendly reservation agent, whether they wanted to travel for leisure or business.
