LEGOLAND Dubai Resort and Dubai Customs Celebrate 95th Saudi National Day at Dubai International Airports

In celebration of the 95th Saudi National Day, LEGOLAND® Dubai Resort partnered with Dubai Customs to deliver a joyful welcome for families arriving at Dubai International Airport.

On September 22, passengers landing at Terminals 1 and 3 were greeted with a vibrant LEGO® cultural display, proudly showcasing the shared heritage and values of the United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Children arriving from Saudi Arabia were thrilled to meet the beloved LEGOLAND Boy and Girl mascots, stopping for fun photo opportunities before being surprised with special goodie bags presented by Dubai Customs and LEGOLAND Dubai Resort.

Each bag contained an exclusive LEGO set, a complimentary ticket to the Middle East’s only LEGO-themed entertainment destination, vouchers for LEGO stores in KSA and an engraved LEGOLAND Dubai Resort souvenir brick to mark the occasion. Families and LEGO enthusiasts were also gifted engraved souvenir bricks — a lasting keepsake to celebrate Saudi Arabia’s National Day.

The activation reflected the themes of KSA National Day, ‘Pride in Our Nature’,’ as well as the UAE’s ‘Year of Community’,’ celebrating unity, generosity, authenticity, ambition, hospitality and shared cultural pride. The experience left arriving passengers with smiles, laughter, and heartfelt reactions, making their journey into Dubai a truly memorable one.

As part of the celebration, LEGOLAND Dubai Resort was honoured with a token of appreciation from Dubai Customs in recognition of its continued support for community-focused initiatives throughout the year. This accolade reflects the strong partnership between both entities and reinforces the UAE’s commitment to Year of Community, highlighting the importance of collaboration in creating meaningful moments that unite people and celebrate shared values.
