Born and raised in Switzerland, Montandon graduated from École hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland.

Having spent many years in Asian countries gaining experience in luxury services, he is now set to explore Morocco within his new position.

With this new assignment, Montandon is looking forward to bringing a new dynamic, hands-on leadership prowess and exceptional service standards to the Resort.
