Casson’s career with the company spans 27 years and includes management roles in London, Washington, D.C., and the Qatari capital, where he served as general manager at Four Seasons Hotel Doha for nine years, before being selected as regional vice president to oversee the operations in Europe and the Middle East, in 2011.

Since 2013, he has been positioned in Dubai where he opened Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, and chaired the hotelier’s Global Spa Task Force.

In his new role, Casson will spearhead hotel operations across EMEA, supporting the brand’s focus on product and service diversification.
