Ramada Downtown Dubai and Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Dubai.

Prior to his appointment, Arora, a seasoned hotelier with over 25 years of experience, served as general manager of Ramada Downtown Dubai where he lead the team during the refurbishment of the 181-key hotel.

In his new role, Arora will oversee the day-to-day operations of both accommodation establishments and ensure the high standards of services rendered to guests through the different departments.

He will also assist and direct the entire team towards achieving the yearly targets through a number of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
