With over 20 years of luxury hotel experience, Herz is all set to spearhead the team at the dynamic business hotel located in the heart of the capital city of Abu Dhabi.

 A multilingual, Herz worked her way up the ranks from the housekeeping department at Hotel Arts, Barcelona to lending her skills in key managerial positions of hotel operational departments with The Ritz Carlton in Wolfsburg , Key Biscayne, Miami, Lisbon, Moscow, Dubai and has most recently served as general manager of the Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz Carlton Hotel, Muscat, from 2015 until 2020.

 Her inspirational, approachable and result driven work ethic has won her ‘General Manager of the Year Award -2019’ and also conferred her as one of the ‘Top 30 women in the Hotel Industry’ by recognised industry publications.

 A mother to two children, Herz loves spending quality time with her family and satiates her passion to travel whenever time permits.
