The inaugural awards ceremony honored employees working in Oman’s hospitality sector across twenty-four categories, recognizing the vast spectrum of people required to keep the industry functioning successfully.

 Receiving recognition in four categories overall, W Muscat’s Khulood Al Hajri won for events person, Issam Al Balushi won for engineering, Mohammed Al Busaidi won for kitchen assistant, and Amjad Al Hamdani received the highly-commended recognition for junior waiter.
