New Director of Food and Beverage Appointed at Amwaj Rotana, Dubai

Subramanian Suryanarayanan, has been appointed as director, food and beverage at Amwaj Rotana, Dubai.
No stranger to the Rotana brand, Suryanarayanan has previously worked at Jumeira Rotana in 2011 heading the Food and Beverage team. He has over 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with world-renowned hotels part of the Intercontinental Hotel Group, Great Hotels of the World and Leading Hotels of the World.
He started his career in the United Arab Emirates with Al Bustan Rotana Dubai as far back as 1997.
In his new position, Suryanarayanan will oversee all aspects of Amwaj Rotana’s food and beverage department consisting of five signature concepts and award-winning restaurants including famous American-Japanese Teppanyaki chain, Benihana.
