The hotel is owned by Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company and is expected to be rebranded later this year.

Centrally located in the UAE’s capital city, the property is near numerous entertainment offerings including Zayed Sports City and The Louvre, the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Mangrove National Park.

The address will offer 189 guestrooms and suites, occupying the 18th to 33rd floors of Capital Gate building, marking one of the world’s furthest leaning hotels at an 18 degree incline. The hotel will also feature a variety of dining options, an art gallery by local artists, a spa, as well as a rooftop swimming pool and fitness centre.
