Travel Trade MENA: Al Habtoor City is a unique product in Downtown Dubai. Please tell us what the destination consists of?
Adam Harvey: Al Habtoor City consists of three hotels, namely:
- the luxurious Habtoor Palace, LXR Hotels & Resorts,
- the vibrant V Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton and
- the contemporary Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City.
Altogether we have 1,600 rooms and suites, 23 restaurants and bars, two spas, six pools, 7,000 m2 function space as well as La Perle, Dubai’s #1 show.
Travel Trade MENA: Can you elaborate on Al Habtoor City’s location and to what it has proximities to?
Adam Harvey: Al Habtoor City is perfectly situated next to Sheikh Zayed Road and on the banks of Dubai Water Canal, located just five minutes from Downtown Dubai and 10 minutes from DIFC.
We are about 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport, and since we have a dock and helipad, we really are accessible by land, sea and air.
Travel Trade MENA: What do the properties boast rooms wise, and tell us more about the food and beverage offerings?
Adam Harvey: Habtoor Palace has 234 rooms and range of opulent suites, V Hotel Dubai has 356 vibrant rooms and suites while the Hilton boasts 1,004 rooms and suites. Altogether that makes 1,600 and ensures we can handle even the biggest sized groups, even layered ones.
Travel Trade MENA: Is your core client group the leisure market, and if so, how do you cater for them? Do you focus at all on the corporate sector?
Adam Harvey: Our core client group is MICE, leisure group series and corporate. We are also developing more the individual corporate market due to our location in Business Bay which is close by to corporate offices and the Dubai International Finance Centre.

Adam Harvey: Habtoor City is strategically located in the heart of Dubai, connected to the Sheik Zayed Road which allows easy access to all the major tourist and business locations within Dubai. Offering a multitude of entertainment and leisure activities, it is a great choice to stay for any traveller visiting Dubai.
