RAK Properties, a leading real estate developer in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced the appointment of Sameh Al Muhtadi as new CEO of RAK Properties.

Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, founding chairman, Al Habtoor Group (AHG), the UAE-based privately-owned diversified business conglomerate, announced a robust performance for the first half (H1) of this year for the group, witnessing a growth of 19 percent compared to 2021 in revenues, and 36 percent in EBITDA.
