H.H. Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, minister, foreign affairs and international cooperation, UAE, chaired the committee while H.E. Nasser Bourita, minister, foreign affairs and international cooperation, Morocco, headed the Moroccan delegation.

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) on standardisation and conformity assessment was signed by the ministry of industry, trade, investment and digital economy and the Emirati authority for standardisation and metrology. A MoU was signed between the ministry of equipment, transport, logistics and water and the Emirati federal transport authority-land and maritime.

An agreement on the implementation of an executive programme for media cooperation for the period 2018-2020 was also signed, in addition to a cultural cooperation MoU.
