According to Airport International Group, Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) had welcomed 1,330,202 passengers (PAX) by the end of March (Q1) of this year - marking a 195,4 percent surge and 30,9 percent decline against 2021 and 2019 figures, respectively.

Royal Jordanian (RJ) recently placed the old Alia livery on one of its Airbus 321 to mark Jordan's centennial. The livery soared in the skies from the time the airline was established, in 1963, until it changed its name and logo to Royal Jordanian, in 1986.
