UAE-headquartered upscale residential, hospitality, and commercial property developer Seven Tides has confirmed Minor Hotels will be the new operator of its iconic five-star, 396-key Ibn Battuta Gate property in Dubai.

Minor Hotels, a hotel owner, operator and investor, currently with a portfolio of 536 hotels and resorts in 55 countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, South America, Africa and the Indian Ocean, has signed a management agreement with a private developer for two new properties in Doha, Qatar, to operate under its luxury Anantara brand and NH Collection brand.

Minor Hotels, owner of international hospitality brands like Anantara, Tivoli and Oaks, operating a portfolio of properties in Doha such as Banana Island Resort Doha and Souq Waqif Hotels, hosted a chocolate training workshop, in collaboration with renowned chocolate leader Felchlin from Switzerland.

NIZAR ADEEB has been appointed as the new area director of sales and marketing at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara, where he will be responsible for activities across all Minor Hotels’ properties in Qatar.

RAMZY FENIANOS has been appointed as the new vice president development for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Minor Hotels.
