Toronto Pearson Airport welcomed the arrival of Etihad Airways' first Airbus A350 on October 27 marking a further upgrade to the national airline of the UAE’s daily services between Abu Dhabi and Canada.

Following the recently expanded air services agreement between the UAE and Canada, Etihad Airways has announced it will increase flights to Toronto.

Following the breakthrough expanded air transport agreement between the UAE and Canada, Emirates is stepping up its frequency with two additional flights per week between Dubai and Toronto. From 20 April, daily flights operate on the busy route to serve huge demand for passenger services.

Effective October 28, Etihad Airways is set to increase its flights from Abu Dhabi to Canada’s largest city, Toronto, from three to five weekly services.
