The German National Tourist Board (GNTB) has been named winner of the TOP 100 Innovator Award for its use of digital solutions such as its Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot and Augmented Reality (AR) filter.

With the help of an initiative by Verband Internet Reisevertrieb (VIR), one of Germany’s leading association for the digital travel industry, German tourism companies are due to make a joint appearance at ITB China 2019, which will take place from May 15 – 17, 2019 in Shanghai.
