Etihad Rail, the developer and operator of the UAE National Rail Network, has completed the longest tunnel in the Gulf Region.

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the ruler's representative, in Al Dhafra Region, inaugurated track-laying works across Al Dhafrah Region in Package A of Stage Two of the UAE’s national railway, during his visit to Etihad Rail’s railhead in Al Ruwais.
