The survey conducted by TRSDC is by far the largest effort ever undertaken by a private development company to understand and assess a natural ecosystem ahead of and during development. It is more comparable to initiatives undertaken by Government agencies on a national scale. It serves a crucial purpose in creating a baseline understanding of the state of the local environment through analysis of the populations, behaviors, and habitats of the wildlife over 200 km of vibrant Red Sea coastline within TRSDC’s flagship destination – The Red Sea Project.
Global Design Transformation of Sheraton Hotels & Resorts Across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
The transformation of Sheraton Hotels & Resorts – a global brand within Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of 30 extraordinary hotel brands – continues to gain momentum in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) with five redesigned properties exemplifying the modernised design concept: Sheraton Amsterdam Airport, Netherlands; Sheraton Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; Sheraton Frankfurt Airport, Germany; Sheraton Grand Krakow, Poland; and Sheraton Djibouti, Djibouti. The refreshed hotels join the growing number of properties around the world displaying the brand’s design transformation, with nearly 50 hotels globally including four other properties in EMEA that are expected to be completed by year’s end.
Trimble, a leader in construction technology, participated in the BIM Saudi Arabia Conference and Expo 2022 that took place from May 30 31, at the Riyadh Airport Marriott Hotel. The conference was conducted to promote the benefits of BIM technology among construction professionals in Saudi Arabia, owing to the rapid increase in construction activities.
Saudi Arabia moved up 10 places to 33rd in the world overall, in the 2021 World Economic Forum (WEF) Travel and Tourism Development Index, which was recently released.
