Ogilvy has promoted renowned people leader Elaine Grell to the position of chief people officer across EMEA. While now responsible for the EMEA region,  Grell will continue to work closely with Fiona Gordon, CEO, Ogilvy UK, to strategically drive the UK people agenda.
