Airport International Group announced that the low-cost carrier, Wizz Air, has recently commenced direct flights between Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) and four European and Middle Eastern cities at a rate of two weekly flights per destination.

According to Airport International Group, Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) had welcomed 1,330,202 passengers (PAX) by the end of March (Q1) of this year - marking a 195,4 percent surge and 30,9 percent decline against 2021 and 2019 figures, respectively.

Royal Jordanian (RJ) and Tamatem, a Jordanian based leading mobile games publisher in the region, sealed a contract to launch in-flight games on RJ flights, aiming to enhance passengers' experience onboard.

Royal Jordanian (RJ) recently placed the old Alia livery on one of its Airbus 321 to mark Jordan's centennial. The livery soared in the skies from the time the airline was established, in 1963, until it changed its name and logo to Royal Jordanian, in 1986. The aircraft also has Jordan's centennial logo placed on the fuselage.
