On August 28 the UAE celebrated Emirati Women’s Day, a national occasion which expresses pride in the outstanding achievements of Emirati women and their pivotal role in shaping society. One such organisation that is committed to empowering women throughout the nation is Umm Al Emarat Park, Abu Dhabi’s largest and oldest green space and urban park.

After a successful season spanning 20 weekends at Umm Al Emarat Park, the much beloved Park Market officially in March. A weekly staple for the community in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s favorite green destination, the Park Market featured a variety of family-friendly activities, initiatives and exciting community events.

In February, Umm Al Emarat Park’s BOUNCE pop-up trailer offered free fitness sessions and performance shows to encourage people to stick to their New Year wellness resolutions.

Umm Al Emarat Park offered teachers complimentary access to Umm Al Emarat Park to mark International Teacher’s Day which took place on October 05.

As part of our public duty and collective responsibility in the fight against COVID-19, a majority of residents across the UAE have been in self-quarantine for weeks now.

As temperatures cool down in the nation’s capital, Umm Al Emarat Park is set to welcome guests all season long for an exciting line-up of events featuring food, sports, music, cultural performances and live entertainment shows, all held in the crisp open air.
